Online Donation: Your NGO can accept One Time and Recurring Online Donations through the website. Check the flow of the donation process starting from image 1 to image 4. The donor can donate online using either PayPal or Credit Card or Razorpay.
Offline Donation: Your NGO can accept Offline Donations through the website. Check the flow of the donation process starting from image 1 to image 4. The donor will complete the donation process on the website and then send the check to NGO address. The donor will write the Donation ID on the backside of the check. The donor will get a Donation ID as soon as the donation process on the website is complete.
Onspot/Cash Donation: Your NGO can also accept Cash Donations through the website. See the image below. The NGO volunteer will open the Spot Donation page on their website and accept the cash donation (Maximum Rs. 2000). The volunteer will issue the Donation Receipt to the donor and enter this receipt no. in the donation form.
All Donation records such as Donor name, Donor PAN, Donor Address and Donation amount, Mode of Donation etc. are saved in the database. NGO can export the list of Donations and List of Donors with a click of a button. As per the Finance Bill 2020, the NGO now has to submit the list of donors to the Income Tax Department.
Donor Dashboard and Donor Wall:
The Donor can see their donation history by logging into the site. The NGO can showcase Donors’ names on the Donor Wall as a token of appreciation.
